Conceptual Development

During conceptual design, SES generates an initial field design which provides the detail to develop a cost estimate, structure a project tracking strategy for cost, schedule, and execution along with initiation of project management activities and project execution methodology. This is accomplished by utilizing a high level technical review of the field or project, and identifying and sizing several key components to accommodate the field development or subsea tie-back.
